Paul Traynor – Experienced
venture capitalist. Spent 15 years with 3i, where he was directly
responsible for a number of 3i’s highest profile and most successful
investments. Became a Managing Director within the UK investment
division and a member of the UK management committee. Since leaving
3i has undertaken a number of hands-on engagements with private
companies, often acting as chairman in challenging situations. |

Philip M. Johnson
– Energy sector specialist with technology start-up and
investment background. Board member of Utility Regulator
www.uregni.gov.uk. Advised “Blue Chips” and Governments on
all aspects of energy supplies. Investment experience (£1m to £40m)
in Early-Stage energy technology. Started and ran a number of new
energy technology and supply businesses. |

technology companies. As CFO, has raised £8m for early stage
businesses and taken two companies to trade sale exit. Experience of

experience of financial management and Mergers & Acquisitions in
large corporations. |
