Delta Carbon is a fund management business, providing advice and investment for the low carbon economy. We invest in early-stage low carbon technology companies.

An Early-stage company is primarily a pre-revenue business where proof of concept has been demonstrated.

Low Carbon Technology is technology that does not rely on fossil fuel energy conversion (e.g. renewable technology, nuclear technology) and/or enables fossil fuels to be used with substantially reduced carbon dioxide emissions.

We work with ambitious, entrepreneurial early-stage low carbon technology companies who are seeking investment. Amongst other things, we will:-

• Help recruit management teams

• Develop fast growth strategies

• Introduce partners

• Raise the necessary funding

All the businesses we back have the potential to de-carbonise the economy, succeed in the global marketplace, and yield large economic returns for founders and investors alike.

We typically invest up to £3.0 million in a number of tranches, either on our own or alongside other firms. In return, we take minority stakes in investee companies and exert a positive influence over their development, working in partnership with the entrepreneurs we back and sharing their drive and commitment.
